While not mandatory, we strongly recommend scheduling a deep clean as your initial service before commencing regular maintenance cleaning. A deep clean offers a thorough cleaning, whereas maintenance cleaning is designed for ongoing upkeep.

Standard Clean

Common Areas/Bedrooms:

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Dust baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and blinds

  • Clean mirrors

  • Empty trash

  • Make beds

  • Vacuum/mop floors as far under furniture as can be reached (we do not move furniture)

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas/rugs/stairs

Kitchen:

  • Dust baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and blinds

  • Sanitize table and chairs

  • Sanitize and scrub sink

  • Wipe down and sanitize counters and countertop appliances

  • Clean exterior and interior of microwave

  • Clean exterior of refrigerator and oven

  • Spot clean exterior of cabinets and backsplash

  • Vacuum/mop floors

Bathroom/Laundry Areas:

  • Dust baseboards, light fixtures, and blinds

  • Spot clean exterior of cabinets

  • Clean mirrors

  • Empty trash

  • Wipe down and sanitize countertops

  • Clean and sanitize toilets

  • Scrub and sanitize shower/tub

  • Scrub wash tub

  • Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer

  • Vacuum/mop floors

Deep Clean 

In addition to the tasks completed with a standard clean:

 

Common Areas/Bedrooms:

  • Wet clean all baseboards

  • Wet wipe down of blinds

  • Wash window frames and windowsills

  • Wipe/sanitize switches and outlets

  • Wet clean doors and frames

  • Dust/spot clean walls

Kitchen:

  • Wet clean all baseboards

  • Wash window frames and window sills

  • Wet wipe down of blinds

  • Wash entire exterior of cabinets and drawers

  • Dust/spot clean walls

  • Thoroughly wash/sanitize backsplash

 

Bathrooms/Laundry Areas:

  • Wet clean all baseboards

  • Wash window frames and window sills

  • Wet clean/sanitize switches and outlets

  • Wet clean doors/frames

  • Wash exterior of cabinets/drawers

  • Dust walls/spot clean walls

Move in/Move out

In addition to the tasks completed with a standard and deep clean: 

  • Clean interior windows/tracks

  • Vacuum out floor registers as far as the hose will reach and wipe down

  • Wipe down all shelving units

  • Clean interior of oven and refrigerator

  • Clean interior and tops of cabinets, pulling out all drawers

  • Interior of refrigerator $65

  • Interior of oven $65

  • Dishes $20/sink full

  • Linen change $10/bed

  • Interior/exterior ground level window cleaning $10/pane (5 each side.)       

  • **windows that require ladder work can be discussed

  • Window track cleaning $2/track

  • Window screen cleaning $3/screen

  • Vacuum floor registers and wipe out $2/register

  • Unfinished basement sweep/vacuum $35

  • Sweep garage $50 (2 car sized)

  • Washing baseboards $15/room

  • Wall washing up to 5.5-6 feet high $40/room 

  • Additional requests may be offered at an hourly rate
